Viomax is a dynamic nonprofit organization that offers a wide variety of programs which allow people living with physical disabilities to take part in physical activities. Viomax is the only centre in the metropolitan area to have a fitness room fully accessible for people in wheelchairs and with limited mobility. What makes the organization distinctive is the unique expertise of its staff, its programs which are fully adapted to the special needs of its clientele and the adapted equipment which allow clients to benefit from the effects of physical activity.

The organization currently provides services to more than 500 members, which shows that there is a strong interest among the disabled community to lead an active life. Our activities are conducted in three sectors, the fitness room, the pool and the gym, all of which are accessible to children, teenagers and adults.

All employees of Viomax are kinesiologists/physical educators who are assisted by helpers and volunteers that have the wellbeing of the members as their main priority. Due to our slow but steady increase in credibility among health professionals, the majority of our members are now referred to us by their acting physicians.

Our area of involvement is innovative and the expertise that we develop is extremely valuable considering the settlement and increasing age of the population. Furthermore, we strongly believe that leisure and physical activity need to be accessible to all.
